Most corporate sponsors tie their support to a specific element of the festival — a concert or a whole series of concerts, free or educational events, or to special projects. With classical music, world music and jazz to choose from, we can fit you to the right demographic right away. Sponsors with an interest in visibility in other BC communities can choose one of our Spectacular Music BC concerts.
Your sponsorship will be delivered through a generous array of benefits, including extensive placement of your company name, display advertisements, verbal recognition at concerts, special product promotions, hospitality events and a generous package of complimentary tickets. Hotel Sponsorship
MusicFest Vancouver, taking place for two weeks each August, needs hotel rooms for its performers. These classical music, world music and jazz artists come from around the world to share their music with Vancouverites and tourists alike. The festival is delighted to work in tandem with leading Vancouver hotels to create mutually beneficial partnerships. We invite you and your property to join this exciting venture. In exchange for complimentary and/or discounted room nights, MusicFest Vancouver offers you association with this jewel in Vancouver’s summer cultural life, plus the following benefits.
Sponsorships & Aid-in-Kind
Every year, we look for sponsors who can provide goods rather than cash. In addition to hotel rooms (see above), the list of items we need includes insurance, printing, airline tickets, van and truck rental, cell phones and radios, signage, courier, food and beverage.

Corporate Donations For Corporations Requiring a Charitable Receipt
The corporate community has been overwhelmingly supportive of MusicFest Vancouver since the first festival in the year 2000. As a Corporate Donor, you recognize the value of culture to the city and are ready to make a tangible difference with your dollars. Corporations for whom a charitable tax receipt is important can make a meaningful contribution to the success of MusicFest Vancouver through our Corporate Donations program. Lower in profile than a Corporate Sponsorship, your company’s commitment to MusicFest Vancouver will be nonetheless clearly visible to our audiences.
